In the third quarter of 2024, the music and podcast app landscape in Turkey saw notable trends across the top five iOS applications, as reported by Sensor Tower.

Spotify - Music and Podcasts experienced a fluctuation in weekly downloads, starting at around 49.6K in early July and peaking mid-September at 52.3K. Weekly active users displayed a gradual increase, rising from approximately 2.8M at the start of the quarter to just over 2.9M by the end.

YouTube Music showed a steady increase in weekly revenue, reaching around $53.6K by the end of September. Downloads remained relatively stable, with a slight increase towards the end of the quarter, and active users grew from 3.7M to approximately 4.2M.

Tubidy Fm Offline Music Player saw consistent weekly downloads, maintaining figures around 20K. Revenue remained modest, fluctuating slightly around $200 per week, while weekly active users showed a steady increase, ending the quarter at nearly 361K.

MYT Music Streaming and Videos experienced a slight increase in weekly revenue, peaking at around $580 mid-August. Downloads remained consistent, averaging 16K weekly, and active users hovered around 110K throughout the quarter.

Shazam: Find Music & Concerts maintained a stable download rate of approximately 15K per week. However, active users saw a decrease, starting at 1.5M and ending at about 1.3M by the close of September.
